This acquisition is a step to build a stronger partner in the aluminium profiles industry. Both companies have a long history of creating solutions in aluminium for exhibition and shopfitting industiries. Together we can offer you over 200 different aluminium profiles. These profiles together with accessories will create fantasic oppertunies for contruction. Our clients are in shopfitting, exhibition and industries. The merger (or acquisition) was finalised on 17th of Feb 2011.
